The costs for issuing the LEI Certificate are in Appendix A of "ISSUANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF "LEI CERTIFICATES" – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE". When selecting a Multi-Year Plan, you will get the LEI certificate for free and it will be sent to you every year of the Multi-Year Plan. You will find the certificate with the updated expiry date attached to the e-mail confirming the processing of the renewal request.
